We make it really easy for you to get started.  Simply pick which type of program you are interested in from the following three choices:

  1. Monthly Membership - pick the number of sessions per month and pay a discounted monthly rate which includes your sessions, drop-in priveleges, and complimenary classes.
  2. Ala Carte - purchase the desired number of sessions with no further commitment (minimum 10 sessions).  Includes drop-in priveleges while your package is active.

General Fitness

This program introduces our signature training style that includes an introduction to 'new' ways to warm up that do NOT include muscle stretching!. We address any concerns you have regarding weight loss, strength, sport related injury, the type of training intensity you desire and how the training will progress as you get in better shape!

  • Recurring Monthly AUTO PAY charged to a credit card of your choice. Payment recurs on or around the 1st or 15th of each month. The first session is FREE! We accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS/CHECKS/CASH.

Sports Performance

We are know for our sports performance training. This goes way beyond bench presses, running drills, squats and power cleans. We address the essence of performance which is 'power sustainability': the ability to recruit power from beginning to end of competition. This leads to power recovery after competition so the athlete does not burn out during the season. Our style of training is designed to pick out weaknesses in the execution of performance that could be a problem later on; this is addressed to reduce injury risk.

Our training is  seasonal which means that the sooner the athlete can start before the season begins the more effective we can be. The intensity and scope of our program broadens to more advanced techniques that challenge the athlete development. Should any weaknesses be detected we simply reduce the intensity to a manageable level. Nevetheless, we promise the athlete will be a far superior performer when they return for preseason practice!

Sports Injury Management

WARNING: Our approach is unconventional and controversial yet very effective!. Skip's clinical background in orthopedic injury rehabilitation is extensive. Skip spent his undergraduate years at Siena Heights College working under Gary Gray, the father of 'function' and his colleague Paul Bodenbach. This included the treatment, management and assessment of sports injury of the following sports: soccer, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, baseball, cross country, and track. He later pursued his graduate studies at Indiana State University in Athletic Training and Sports Injury rehabilitation. He worked in Indiana States sports performance lab treating injuries in the following sports: football, gymnastics, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, swimming, track and field, and wrestling. ISU was considered the leader in sports performance as well as athletic rehabilitation attracting graduate students from across the country.

This class format is original in scope and is for ANYONE  that is an athlete or wants to be one!

Classes are fun and challenging because we know that coaches and athletes more than anything, want to learn new training techniques that will make them optomize athletic performance. We do this very well! and have been for over 24 years! This is a first in a series of RETURN TO EXTRAORDINARY PERFORMANCE  classes. We also offer *group training for ALL Fall, Winter, and Spring sports!  So we have vast experience in customizing training programs for all sports: male and female.

The one and only class of its kind! We challenge you to try our class and see for yourself how we live up to our slogan 'train different'. We often have new participants who have tried boot camp, PX90, spinning, etc because they have heard or seen our class format. They  quickly realize in the first 5 minutes this is NOT your typical class! This is by design. There are so many 'also ran' and copy cat formats that the fitness public has gotten use to the outcomes. Well BREATHTAKERZ is a class that is over 20 years old and was way ahead of its day when it was developed and surpasses any class out there today!
Combing our signature training combinations and tempos and 'unpredictable' intensities makes this the most 'breathtaking' class you will ever experience!!

Kyle Bunton is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with over 2 decades of experience in nutrition care.  Kyle brings a strong understanding of therapeutic nutrition into a clear focus when determining your personal nutrition goals. Nutrition  information is evolving daily.  Her knowledge and expertise will help guide you towards a clear and focused path towards your goals.   Kyle’s clinical nutrition background, as well as her extensive culinary skills will assist you in learning and enjoying healthy nutrition habits that will last a life time    Kyle’s knowledge of therapeutic and sports nutrition will take out the guess work and confusion about how to eat and meet your nutrition and fitness goals.
