Triathlon 101 "ICED" Group Training

Triathlon 101

This program will prepare you to complete a Sprint Distance Triathlon (1/4-1/2 mile swim, 9-15 mile bike and 3.1 to 4 mile run) in 12 weeks

You will receive:

  • Sub-max heart rate testing
  • Weekly written training program
  • Complete one “mock” triathlon as a group
  • Monthly brick training sessions
  • Email contact as needed

Monthly lectures:

  • Nutrition
  • Open water swimming
  • Stretching techniques
  • Transition area set up

Additionally you will receive:

  • Heart rate monitor to keep
  • Stretch cord with written exercises
  • Race day checklist
  • 10% Discount from Tortoise and Hare or running fit
  • And More!!!

First program begins April 1st 2008 & second program begins May  6th 2008

Cost:   $500 with training program and new heart rate monitor ($400 if you already own a heart rate monitor)
