About the class:
Classes will include a variety of dynamic as well as restorative poses, using breath work as our basis. The breath work and mental focus of these practices have direct applicability for everyone, and especially for athletes. No prior yoga experience necessary. Limited  number of yoga mats available at class.

About the instructor:

Lisa Hesse has been a competitive long distance runner since 1976. She has participated in over 16 marathons and added triathlons to her repertoire in 2000. A certified yoga instructor (ryt), lisa is passionate about healthy living and helping everyone find their inner balance and strength.
