Terms and Conditions

Visa/MasterCard, American Express, cash, check or money order accepted for payment. NO REFUNDS. Prices subject to change.

All per session packages include unlimited use of the facility during business hours and sports injury management if needed.


Payment is due at time of first scheduled session. BSI reserves the right to cancel one on one services for chronic no-shows, frequent cancellations, persistent tardiness, or any other reason deemed as inappropriate behavior in the training facility.


A 24 hour cancellation policy applies or you will be charged a session. All clients of BSI must sign a commitment contract, which further outlines these terms and informs you of your responsibilities as a client.

COMBINATION / PERIODIZATION CAMPS

Exclusive preseason training/conditioning program for all level of team athlete.

REQUIREMENT: 3-6 from same sport. Age 8-on up must be competitive MHSAA athlete [elementary/JR high/high school], college.....$40 per session..12 session minimum

COMBINE INTENSIVE PREP. COURSE

For athletes trying out for the NFL combine. Minimum 3 month training prior tryout. This course will prepare you for the following tasks:

  • Broad jump

  • ‘low L’ drill
